Occupational Wellbeing at All Ages is a national project which aims at extending careers at all ages, from youngsters to over-50-year-old people, by reducing the number of sick leave days and disability pensioners through occupational wellbeing. Development of occupational wellbeing also improves the economy and productivity of municipalities and SMEs. The development takes place in nationwide cooperation between six organisations.

The project coordinator is Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK) and the other participants are Diaconia University of Applied Sciences from Oulu, Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences from Vantaa, Tampere Adult Education Centre (TAKK), Prizztech Ltd, and the Urho Kekkonen Fitness Institute Foundation (UKK Institute). The participants’ strengths and expertise are united in project implementation.
